The ideal base near Utrecht for the camper can be found with us! The spacious, paved camper spots offer a beautiful view of the impressive tall pine trees and green fields. Step barefoot from your camper directly into the grass. The sanitary facilities are close by and because the spots are at the front of the campsite, you can easily use public transport and you are in the center of Utrecht within 10 minutes. All spots are equipped with 10 amps of electricity and around the corner is the camper column for emptying the chemical toilet, dirty water and of course a water tap.

The camper spots are located at the front of the Buitengoed, which makes it easy to arrive late and leave early. Late arrival is possible until 22:00 with advance reservation. Campers can also reserve a regular camping spot with us, but in case of persistent wet weather your reservation will be rebooked to a paved camper spot.

Practical information

Preferred location?

Do you have a preference for a place, do you like to be next to each other or are you coming with a camper? Then book a place with preference and choose a place with the right dimensions for your camping equipment. This can be done via the 'Choose your place' button when booking online.

Car-free

Our Buitengoed is car-free! This means that you only drive to your spot by car upon arrival and departure. Do you have heavy items or groceries? At the reception we have handcarts to bring them to your spot.

Check-in and check-out

Camping spots are available from 12:00 and please check out before 12:00. Arrival is only possible during the opening hours of our reception. With the camper you can arrive at your camper spot until 23:00 if you give your license plate number in advance.

Are you booking a weekend? Then you always have the standard Lazy Sunday check-out at our camping pitches. So that you can enjoy everything on the estate all day long. Do you have more time? Then stay another night for a small fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the arrival and departure times?

Camping spots are available from 2pm and check out is until 12pm. Our accommodations are available from 3pm and check out is until 10:30am.

Arrival is only possible during our reception opening hours.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are allowed on our campsite. Please keep dogs and cats on a leash and it is nice for everyone if you clean up their droppings immediately. You can collect plastic bags free of charge at the reception. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rental accommodations.

Can I park my car at my camping spot?

We are a car-free campsite. This means that you may only use your car to park your camping equipment upon arrival and departure. In the meantime, please park in the general parking spaces on the campsite. For heavy groceries, tents or other luggage, we have handcarts available.

I am not yet 18. Can I come camping?

If you are not yet 18, you can only come camping under the supervision of a parent or other adult. We are a real family campsite and therefore independent camping is not possible for under 19 years old.

Can I celebrate a birthday at our camping spot?

Cosy! This is possible for up to 10 people incl. yourself, we do ask for a fee for visitors. (See our rates) For more than 10 people we will gladly reserve a spot for you on our group field. Celebrating your own party with family or friends at your camping spot incl. some background music or silent disco is only possible on our group fields, the music may not be audible to our other guests and may remain on until 23:00 at the latest.

Can I make a fire at my camping spot?

Yes, campfire is part of camping, but in a fire bowl. At our reception we rent fire bowls (your own closed fire bowl is also allowed) and we sell firewood. We also have stones at the reception to protect our beautiful lawn ;-)

Do you also have seasonal pitches?

Yes we do, but season 2025 is already fully booked. For more information or a spot on our reserve list, you can contact us by email.

I have not received a booking confirmation?

Some security filters see our email address as unsafe, which is why our mail ends up in the spam box. Under settings you can specify our email address as safe so that you don't miss any messages from us.

How much electricity do I have at my camping spot?

We offer 6 amps of electricity, for this you need a special camping plug, these are also for sale in our camping shop at the reception.

Can I barbecue?

Yes, cozy, that's part of outdoor life and camping. You can also come to us for barbecue packages.

Can I indicate a preferred location?

Yes, this is possible via our online map, for which we charge preference costs.

Can I only park my camper on the camper pitches?

No, only our camper places are paved so in case of long-term bad weather these are the best places for campers. Of course you can also book a regular camping place with a camper, which is nice if you come with a group :)

I have to cancel unexpectedly, is this possible?

In case of cancellations we apply the recron conditions . Any cancellations can only be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation, you as a guest pay a fee that depends on the moment you cancel in relation to your arrival date:

• More than 3 months before the start date 15% of the agreed price

• Within 2 to 3 months before the start date 50% of the agreed price

• Within 2 to 1 month before the start date 75% of the agreed price

• Within one month before the start date 90% of the agreed price

• On the day of the start date 100% of the agreed price

• If you cancel your holiday prematurely after the start date, 100% of the agreed price.

We always recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance before your holiday.

How and where can I reserve a spot?

You can book your outdoor spot online via the search and book page.

Here you can also check availability and by entering the period and number of people, you will also immediately see the corresponding rates.
Reservations can only be made online, we do not accept bookings by phone. If you really can't figure it out, send an email and we will be happy to help you arrange your booking.

Can I also book for 1 night during the weekend?

In the weekends you can only book for a minimum of 2 nights. (you can always call a day in advance to see if there is a last minute place available for one night)
