The campsite and our hospitality pavilion are open from March 27 to October 25. Our motorhome pitches and holiday homes can also be booked during the winter period; however, the rest of the site is then closed. View the current opening hours here.

To ensure your reservation goes smoothly, simply book online via our website. We charge a €6 reservation fee per camping pitch or accommodation. Would you like us to enter the reservation for you? We charge an additional €1.50 service fee per pitch.

No, only our camper pitches are paved, so in case of prolonged bad weather, these are the best spots for campers. Of course, you can also book a regular camping spot with a camper, which is especially fun if you are coming with a group.
We offer 6 amp power, for which you will need a special camping plug. These are also available for purchase in our campsite shop at the reception desk.
We are a car-free campsite. This means that you may only use your car to set up your camping equipment upon arrival and departure. In between, please park in the general parking areas on the campsite. We have wheelbarrows available for heavy shopping, tents, or other luggage.

Yes, pets are allowed at our campsite (for a fee and on a leash). Please keep dogs and cats on a leash and clean up after them. Poop bags are available free of charge at our reception. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our rental accommodations.
If you are under 18, you can only come camping if accompanied by a parent or other adult. We are a true family campsite, which is why independent camping is not possible for those under 19.
Yes, one small side tent is permitted, as long as it fits within the boundaries of your camping spot.
Yes, use a breathable groundsheet and do not let it protrude outside the awning or canopy to protect the grass.

Your accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out before 10:30 AM.

With a Lazy Weekend, you can extend your stay on Sunday so you don't have to leave in the morning. This allows you to enjoy your spot longer and check out later by arrangement. The exact times and conditions vary depending on the period.
Yes, that is possible. Please let us know in advance. The barrier works on license plate recognition until a certain time, so you can also arrive later.
With contactless check-in, you arrange your arrival online in advance. You will receive the necessary information digitally, so that you can go directly to your spot or accommodation upon arrival without first having to stop by the reception desk.

Yes, both are allowed. Fire bowls with protective plates can be rented from us. Barbecuing is also permitted. Please always ensure safety, preferably with a bucket of water nearby. Ashes and remains should be disposed of in the fireproof container near the waste area. We reserve the right to prohibit open fires if conditions are unsafe.
Pets are allowed in a few of our accommodations. They are welcome on the grounds and at camping pitches, provided they are always leashed. Pets are not allowed in the play pond. Waste bags are available free of charge at reception. If your visitors bring a pet, responsibility lies with you.
Yes, visitors are very welcome and should register at reception. A maximum of 10 people (including yourselves) is allowed at the camping pitch.
Celebrations are possible, but we kindly ask you to contact our reception staff in advance to discuss the options. Private parties at the camping pitch are not allowed.
Our estate is largely car-free. Only during arrival and departure may you drive to your pitch to load or unload. Please drive at walking pace and be extra alert for playing children.
Water quality is regularly monitored. Swimming and playing are at your own risk and there is no supervision.
A cozy atmosphere is important to us, and chatting or listening to music is fine. Please always be considerate of other guests. From 11:00 pm onwards, we ask for quiet on the premises. Activities organized by or approved by Buitengoed de Boomgaard may continue until midnight.
On weekends (except during high season), weddings or special events may take place at a secluded location on the estate and may last until midnight. Some noise disturbance may occur.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking is not allowed in buildings or accommodations. In addition, we kindly ask you not to smoke near the play pond and playground equipment out of consideration for playing children.
Absolutely! Our estate is a true playground for children. We kindly ask parents to supervise them, especially around animals, playground equipment and sanitary facilities. When the animal meadow is closed, the animals are resting and may not be disturbed. From 9:00 pm onwards, the air trampoline is closed and should be left as soon as it deflates.
Please take good care of your belongings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage.
Please use toilet paper only. Wet wipes or similar products cause blockages and should be disposed of in the bins provided. Thank you very much!

Recron terms and conditions apply to tourist and seasonal pitches. These can be found on our website. You are responsible for ensuring that companions, children and visitors also comply.
For camping pitches, check-in is possible from 2:00 pm during reception opening hours. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. If no new guests arrive, a later departure may be possible in consultation and for a fee. For accommodations, check-in is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm and check-out by 10:30 am.
Playing, swimming and staying at the lake is at your own risk, there is no supervision. Water quality is checked regularly.
Under 18s are allowed entry only when accompanied by a parent.
We have no other bad weather provision, if you take drinks and snacks from our catering pavilion you can of course sit there dry. It is not allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your own snacks or drinks at our hospitality pavilion, including on the terrace.

Yes, you can. When you make your reservation, please indicate that you want to be together, and we will accommodate this as much as possible.

Celebrating something is also part of recreation, which is why on the weekends (except in high season) we regularly host weddings or occasional parties. These last until 00:00 at the latest and you may experience some noise.
Unfortunately no, our venue is ideally suited for overnight stays and therefore we offer this only in combination with overnight stays.
At our Food and Drinks pavilion we organize something for everyone, from breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night snack. So unfortunately, in-house catering is not allowed, but feel free to contact us for options from our pavilion.
A little (background) music is of course part of it, but our location is not suitable for loud (amplified) music.
Because Buitengoed de Boomgaard is an outdoor location there are clear restrictions regarding the sound level. Buitengoed de Boomgaard has its own sound system with limiter, on which you can install your own music, iphone or other device and let it play over this sound system.
If you choose to hire a DJ, he or she will need to plug their equipment into the sound system of Buitengoed de Boomgaard.
If you want loud music during your party, then unfortunately Buitengoed de Boomgaard is not the right location.
Are you coming to celebrate something with us and not staying overnight with us? Then you pay day entrance fee. We also offer the possibility to rent for example a shade cloth incl. picnic table or part of the terrace at our catering pavilion.
Think acoustic performances, yoga sessions, creative workshops, inspirational moments, massages and an atmospheric silent disco. Activities that relax, connect and surprise.
Many activities are free and included with your ticket, but for some specific activities or workshops (like massages or portrait illustrations), a small fee applies. You can pay for these with a token, which you can buy at the Buitengoed camper on the festival grounds.
Children can have fun with circus workshops, craft activities, fire and nature workshops, dancing, learning to write songs from a Singer song writer, baking sandwiches, kidsyoga, silent disco, face painting, jumping (from very high!) and joining in with all the musicians. And of course there is plenty of room to play freely in nature. The entire program will be online soon.
Yes, tickets are also available at the entrance. At the door, a ticket costs €16,50. Online, you can get family tickets at a better price. To be sure of your spot, it’s best to buy your ticket online in advance.
Yes, during the festival you can come here for cold drinks, tasty snacks, lunch and whole meals. There are also several food trucks, so plenty of goodies to enjoy throughout the day!
We recommend coming by bike or public transport. If you come by car, you can park in our lot, but for this you will also need a parking ticket and supplies are limited (gone = gone).
At the festival, we use special festival tokens, which you can use to pay at the food trucks and for certain activities or workshops. You can buy these tokens at the token booth on site (card payments only). Additionally, at the festival market and various stands, you can also pay directly—either by card or cash.
No, tokens cannot be exchanged for money after the festival. So try to estimate what you’ll need, or grab a tasty treat from one of our food trucks at the end!
No need to print it. Your e-ticket with QR code is in your email, and you can simply have it scanned from your phone. Make sure your screen is bright enough and your battery is charged!
We’ve got awesome shirts and hoodies that let you take a little extra Buitengeluk with you! Pick them up at our shop or at the festival market, great as a souvenir or to wear straight away.
Absolutely. Throughout the site, you’ll find various spots to sit and relax. There are also cozy seating areas where you can retreat for a while, perfect if you’re looking for some quiet time!
Tickets are easily purchased through our website on the Search and Book page. Outdoor happiness is best experienced when you come to enjoy the whole weekend.
A weekend ticket costs 75 euros for adults and 30 euros for children 4 years and older, younger children can come for free. These prices are automatically processed when you book your camping spot or accommodation.
Prefer to come and taste Buitengeluk for a day? On Saturdays you are welcome with a day ticket. You can then enter from 09:00 a.m. and continue to enjoy yourself until 11:00 p.m. at the latest.
If you like to stand together with friends or family (which is also the most fun!) it is best to indicate a preferred spot when booking. Then you are sure of your spot and you can not be moved. You can indicate this when booking.
Yes, the site itself is car-free. You can park your car at one of the designated areas nearby. Follow the signs and instructions from our team, and you’ll be guided safely to your spot in no time!
On Saturday, the site opens at 11:00 AM and you can enjoy the program until the final performance (ending at 09:30 PM).
It is possible to leave the grounds and return later. Your festival wristband also serves as your entry pass.

Yes, there is a first aid station on the premises. If you need help, feel free to approach one of our staff members!
The festival site is not fully accessible for people with disabilities. We do have a ground-level accessible toilet in the restroom building, and the catering area is fully accessible. Please note that the rest of the festival takes place on the grass.
